Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 100 pieces and must be in even increments of 100 pieces (sorry, no exceptions).
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. Only select items within the catalog are available at less than minimum quantities. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Please note: Wall Clocks come with black hands only, dark clock backgrounds are not advisable as Black hands may not be visible. Slight shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. Each product is manufactured and printed individually so up to 3/16” movement in logo printing alignment is acceptable and cannot be considered a defect. Products are intended for individual use and not for comparison to one another.
Order Cancellations/Cancellation Requests/Art Changes/Revisions Policy: Order Cancellation/Revision requests are not accepted until Factory confirms product has not been manufactured or printed. In most cases, if no proof has been requested at time of order submission, within 48 hours of order receipt, it is too late to cancel order and distributor is responsible for all incurred costs regardless of whether order has physically shipped from our factory. Likewise, 48 hours after proof approval, it is not possible to cancel/revise any order as it will have been printed, packed & is being staged to ship and distributor is responsible for all costs. Sorry no exceptions.
